Good morning to you all from a very chilly chicken farm!

I can’t quite believe that we are at the END of AUGUST already, roll on spring!

This week we would like to let you know that we have been working hard at GOING GREENER.

I brought back many ideas from London and this is one of the first steps towards our goals.

Getting rid of the polystyrene trays!

I am sure you will understand that this is a process and it will not happen overnight.

Many of our products have bones, which pierce the vacuum bags, so we have had to find solutions. It is also difficult to freeze products neatly without the polystyrene tray, so forgive us if your chicken is “slightly crooked” 🙂

We should be able to implement this in time for the Xmas season.

All our other packaging is recyclable.

Remember, if you would like us to recycle something for you, just send it back with Gibson.

We are moving constantly forward, with love for our planet earth.
