Order all our free range products online and share the delivery fee
Many of our customers in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and in between, get together as a group and order our free range products ONLINE or by email. This saves on the courier fee which gets divided amongst the members.
They are now actually, Red Barn Food clubs because, we sell a lot more than just chicken. 🙂 The name just stuck.
When you get a few friends together the first thing to do is to decide on ONE DELIVERY ADDRESS. That person will be our contact.
Something like “Karen’s Group” or “Belville ladies” Then find out your delivery date. Cape Town Route is on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS (sometimes the courier changes this to Friday) PE route is on the First TUESDAY of every month.
Use your name and the delivery address of your group. When you are ordering online you will see a choice of delivery options, select the SHARED COURIER fee for chicken clubs only. We will take your order and calculate the shipping divided between everyone in the group.
Only then can we send you your invoice by email showing the shared delivery fee. We can only do this once all your group orders are in!
Furthermore, we mark each bag with your individual names, so you know what is yours. It will also say on your invoice how many bags you have.
If you do not want to ORDER ONLINE you can simply call 044 876 0014 and place your order, 081 258 1725 to Whatsapp us, or email info@redbarn.co.za
Finally, don’t forget to tell us your order is part of “Jenny’s Group” so we can share the fee for you. There is a comment box on the final checkout page where you can message us anything to do with your order.
You should start a WhatsApp group for your chicken clubs so you can communicate about orders and deliveries.
You can have 2 or 20 members in your chicken clubs, that’s up to you!
Enjoy!
